All cancellations must be received by August 10, 2012. Cancellations must be received in writing by email, fax (413‐584‐0220), or by U.S. mail (Fazzi Associates, P.O. Box 419, Northampton, MA 01061). No refunds will be made for cancellations received after that time. Registrants who do not cancel and do not attend are liable for the full registration fee. Transfers and substitutions are permitted at any time with no fee, and must also be submitted in writing.
