OASIS Skills Assessment Testing
Fazzi's OASIS Skills Assessment Testing is designed to assess clinicians' OASIS skill levels on an individual and agency wide level. Developed by a panel of OASIS specialists who have over 50 cumulative years of experience working with OASIS, each quarterly test covers a wide range of critical OASIS assessment items. As an annual subscriber, your agency will receive:
- Three online OASIS testing sessions plus one On Demand test for each registered seat (for details of the On Demand session, see below.) Seats can be interchanged between sessions.
- A one page summary report after each testing period outlining the score by discipline as well as the option to select two customized reporting categories (e.g., team, location).
- A detailed report displaying results by individual clinician including a breakdown by question.
- Immediate scoring e-mailed to the testing clinician and the agency manager after completion of each test.
- Benchmarking externally against other agencies nationwide as well as internally to show improvements made and areas needing improvement.
How it works
OASIS Testing Annual Subscriptions are designed to be implemented agency-wide. Each testing session is held during a specific month-long period three times per calendar year along with one on-demand test accessible at any time. A copy of the OASIS Testing Schedule is available on the right side of the page. After registering, agencies will be sent a spreadsheet to submit the names of their clinicians and will automatically be enrolled in the closest testing session.
OASIS Testing On Demand
Fazzi’s new On Demand OASIS Skills Assessment Testing feature is the perfect tool for pre-screening potential staff or measuring current staff OASIS skill levels. Available entirely online, this revolutionary system allows managers the ability to test and measure clinicians' OASIS knowledge anytime, anywhere. With the On Demand portion of testing, you will receive:
- Anytime access to our online OASIS competency assessment covering the “must know” OASIS items – including those items that directly impact quality scores and financial outcomes.
- Immediate scoring after completion of each assessment.
- E-mailed reporting to the assessment manager, showing items responded to correctly and incorrectly as well as rationale for each item.
- Certificate of completion with score for employee records.
How it Works
After purchasing the OASIS Skills Assessment Testing, you will be set up with an account that includes a customized username and password as well as a secure OASIS assessment link to take the test. Agencies will have the option to upload users in bulk, or self-register individual users as needed. This test is not available during the regularly scheduled OASIS testing sessions (February, June and October).
