Fazzi's Therapy Reassessment Proficiency Testing  is a revolutionary new program designed to help agencies measure their clinicians' proficiency in the therapy reassessment guidelines before errors are made. Developed by a team of home health therapy experts, the test is designed to measure and correct both clinical and timing issues before revenue is lost.  

The initial Therapy Reassessment Proficiency Testing package includes two training videos, online reassessment testing for 10 users (to be used for pre and post tests), automated scoring with results send to the testing managers, and the option to purchase additional testers as well as On Demand testing for future hires.  

The program is designed to be implemented in four easy steps.  This includes:

• Pre-Test: Measure your clinician's raw proficiency before implementing the training stage.
• Training: On Demand video outlining the critical issues surrounding Therapy Reassessments for increased competency.
• Post-Test: Measure your clinician's application of the training video for improved proficiency. Note: This may be an optional step not required for those who scored well in the pre-test.
• Follow Up Reinforcement Training: Reviews each of the test questions item by item to better understand the correct response for each of the testing questions as well as rationale for the response.

Once the initial package is purchased, agencies also have the option to purchase additional bundles of 10 online reassessment tests to add to their initial Therapy Reassessment Testing package.
