In our Real Time Outsource model, our certified coders are permanently assigned to your agency. In getting to know your processes and clinicians, your accurate coding is insured so that you receive timely recommendations, speeding-up the billing process. We use HIPAA compliant, encrypted connections. Our coders review all relevant patient information, OASIS, and coding data making recommendations for changes. The clinician can accept or reject any or all. The field clinician is always responsible for final approval. Coders reinforce OASIS accuracy by insuring that all of the information in the record supports the selected codes and the Plan of Care.
