THINK, same OASIS WALK®
Program Synopsis
This 4 hour on demand program will
provide participants with instruction (OASIS THINK)
on the new and revised data items, including the new
process of care measures, reinforcement of assessment
strategies such as the OASIS WALK® and conventions
for completing the data items. As the patient is the
reason we provide care and services, the content is
delivered by experienced home care clinicians with
OASIS expertise who connect the data items to the
essentials of home care practice: assessment, care
planning, care coordination, and communication.
Participants will walk away with current,
relevant information and be able to select responses
to OASIS data items that accurately describe the patient’s
health status and provider care practices in accordance
with the very latest Medicare regulation, CMS guidance
documents and other applicable industry standards
after conducting a patient multisystem assessment.
Staff can access the link 24/7 and the
program can be viewed in four 1 hour segments or as
a 4 hour training.
Pricing : A one year subscription (good
through December 2010 and includes notification of
any additions/changes made by CMS during 2010) is
$1,000.00 per provider number.
