You may choose to watch this video together
with all your clinicians or individually,
in the office or in the privacy of your
own home. It is up to you.
2. Can
all my clinicians/sites access the training?
Yes. After purchase you will be e-mailed
a link to watch the On Demand video training
online. You may forward this to the clinicians
in your agency for individual viewing. There
is no limit to the number of clinicians
who watch it or the amount of times it can
be viewed. All we ask is that you do not
forward it outside your agency.
3. I do
not have a credit card. Can I purchase this
through purchase order or check?
Yes, you may fax or mail in your order by
downloading the order form available in
our links column on the right. You will
receive your online video after payment
is received.

I view a sample of the video?

5. What
is required to view the video?
You’ll need a computer with internet
access and the ability to visit our host
site screencast.com. Note: Due to increased
firewall issues, some agencies may need
permission from their IT departments to
view the video from an unapproved website.
If you are unsure as to whether
or not you have the ability to view our
host site on your computer, please check
with your IT department before purchase.
6. How
long is the online OASIS C training?
The training is divided into four sessions
(total 1 ½ hours) that can be watched
individually or in succession to one another.
You also have the ability to click on specific
OASIS assessment items within each session
for even easier access.
7. What
if I cannot hear sound when I play the video?
First, check to see if you have speakers,
as not all computers come with a speaker
component. If you do have speakers, you
should check to ensure that the volume setting
on your computer is set to its maximum capacity.

8. After
the first video session is complete, it
doesn’t automatically transfer to
the second session. How do I move forward?
The videos should automatically transfer
from session to session. If this feature
does not work for you, you may simply click
on the session icon (located below the video
screen) to play the next video.
9. When
I click on the link, is says that the website
is not found. How do I access the training?
First, check to see if your agency has
a firewall setting that prohibits you from
viewing websites from unknown sources. Since
some agencies also limit the number of characters
contained in outside links, check to see
if the last 10 characters in your web browser
are “20Playlist.”
10.
Will I be notified if any of the videos
are updated with more current information?
Yes, Fazzi Associates will send out an
e-mail alerting all agencies who purchase
the OASIS C online video if any updates
are made.
