Director
of the OASIS Competency Institute
The Director of the OASIS Competency Institute is responsible
for serving as the national leader for Fazzi’s
OASIS and Quality services including managing the sales
process, product development, coordination of staff
audit and training activities and in initiating efforts
that lead to sales of Fazzi OASIS services.
The goal of this position is to maintain Fazzi Associates’
role as the national leader in the provision of OASIS
related services and to grow and expand both the numbers
of agencies that utilize our services and the types
of services we provide.
Hiring Requirements/Preferences
- Must have a clinical background.
- Must be comfortable analyzing operational and OASIS
data.
- Must have previous management experience in home
health care.

Best
Practice/Client Services Manager
The Best Practice/Client Services Manager is responsible
for supporting improvement and generating new solution
based sales with existing clients (60%) and assist
in the coordination and management of Fazzi’s
best practice studies (40%) including generating solution
based sales whenever possible and appropriate. A major
goal of this position is to increase sales of all
Fazzi products and services.

Rehabilitation
Improvement Senior Consultant
The Rehabilitation Improvement Senior Consultant is
responsible for the expert management of Therapy services
to assure the provision of effective and efficient delivery
to Fazzi Associates clients.
Hiring Requirements/Preferences
- Conducts record audits with associated analysis,
report writing and conference with clients.
- Provide and assist in development of expert home
care training to a variety of audiences via on site
presentations, webinars, conference calls and other
modes.
- Assist in writing patient scenarios for various
Fazzi products and services.

Receptionist
The Receptionist is responsible for all reception functions
including answering the main phone and transferring
calls, and greeting visitors. The Receptionist will
also provide support to the Coding Services division
and act as back-up for other support personnel.

- High attention to detail and strong communication
skills required.
