Fazzi’s Home Care Therapy Roundtable is unlike any other program in the industry. It is a membership group where you'll have the opportunity to share as much as you take away. The format will center on dynamic, highly interactive, monthly online discussions. These discussions will focus on an array of critical home care issues specific to Therapy. Session Details

The Home Care Therapy Roundtable online discussions are held on the fourth Thursday of every month* from 3:00 - 4:00 pm EST – we call these “Therapy Thursdays.”

About the Moderator

Cindy Krafft PT, MS, COS-C is a nationally known and respected therapist with over 14 years of home health experience. She is the Assistant Director of Rehabilitation Consulting Services at Fazzi Associates. She is also the current Vice President of the Home Health Section of the APTA and the Chair of the NAHC Therapy Advisory Panel.
