OASIS NP and TRACKER

Fazzi’s OASIS NP and OASIS Tracker Partnership is a program that gives state associations the opportunity to share two of the industry’s most effective OASIS assessment and tracking tools with their members.

OASIS NP is a low cost, high impact computerized, non-perishable training tool for agency clinicians. This user friendly, easy to use tool ensures clinicians are updated, confident, and proficient in performing the OASIS assessment. The OASIS Tracker OASIS Tracker is a low cost, high impact clinical performance tracking and trending system. These products work together to help agencies improve – and monitor – their OASIS performance.

As part of the Partnership, your association will have the opportunity to host a private OASIS NP orientation session – either live or by webinar – with the OASIS NP faculty. Members who register for the orientation will receive a 12 month subscription both OASIS NP and the OASIS Tracker. By hosting the session, state associations will receive a percentage of the net revenue.
