Fazzi Associates is committed to working
with state associations to help strengthen training
programs, enhance business strategies, maximize
growth, and improve outcomes in home care and hospice
agencies throughout the country. Our goal is to
not just improve services, but to improve the overall
health of the industry. We do this through a variety
of partnership programs that are specifically designed
with the association and their members in mind.
These include:
Keynote
Presentations and Workshops: We offer a
variety of dynamic keynote presentations and workshops
that address issues of critical interest in home care.
Our presentation offerings are updated regularly to
meet the needs of the industry.
On
Site Workshops: Each half and full day
workshop is designed to address all facets of home care
and hospice, including management training, customer
service, clinical training, and more. Workshops can
be presented as part of a conference or used as a stand
alone session.
Strategic
Planning: Our state association strategic
planning is specifically designed with the needs of
associations in mind. We use an accelerated systematic
planning process that helps to identify needs and current
status while also mapping out a vision for the future
and plans for action.
OASIS
NP and Tracker: The OASIS NP and OASIS
Tracker partnership program gives state associations
the opportunity to share two of the industry’s
most effective OASIS assessment and tracking tools with
their members. Private online or on site orientation
sessions are designed for each partnering association
for optimal branding.
Webinar
Trainings: We offer a series of highly
effective, highly engaging online trainings throughout
the year that are designed to help deliver skill building
strategies without the expensive cost of travel. Associations
may partner with us on any one or all of these programs
to ensure that their members get the training they need.
