Fazzi Associates is one of the oldest, largest, and most respected organizations of its kind dedicated to home care and hospice. Founded in 1978 by Dr. Robert Fazzi, we focus on helping home health and hospice agencies solve their core industry challenges through our coding services, consulting, benchmarking, training, and national research projects. Coding Services
The International Coding Academy™ is a place for higher learning and outsource services designed to provide the home care industry with the tools and resources they need to achieve home health and hospice coding excellence. The Academy offers programs designed to equip the home health community with critical and analytical skills necessary to ensure confidence and competence in the application of the ICD-9 and ICD-10 through diagnoses, symptoms and procedures that represent accurate patient characteristics.

Outsource Coding: The largest outsource coding service in the country. We use HIPAA compliant, encrypted connections. Our coders review all relevant patient information, OASIS, and coding data making recommendations for changes.
ICD-9 & ICD-10 Training: The Coding Academy is the source for home care ICD-9 and ICD-10 training needs. Developed by a team of national experts, our trainings incorporate the resources and tools necessary for successful transitioning into ICD-10 and beyond. OASIS Skills Assessment Testing: Fazzi's OASIS Skills Assessment Testing is designed to assess clinicians' OASIS skill levels on an individual and agency- wide level. Developed by a panel of OASIS specialists who have over 50 cumulative years’ experience working with OASIS, each quarterly test covers a wide range of critical OASIS assessment items.
On-site Training: Skill and confidence development training by seasoned senior clinicians. The goal of these trainings is to support staff and help them understand the challenges of the industry.
