Must Be OASIS C Ready Before January 2010
The OASIS Complete Program is designed
to help you get ready for OASIS C and succeed with
OASIS C. The OASIS Complete program includes three
levels.
Level 1. OASIS C Complete Readiness
Program. Three options:
a. OASIS C Complete Readiness
Review Program: This program is for agencies that
want to ensure that they are totally prepared and
that any internal or clinician scoring problems
are addressed in preparation for OASIS C. We will
provide Reviews to identify any specific areas that
create challenges to staff and, therefore, inappropriate
completion of the OASIS document. OASIS reviews
will be completed in real time to allow identification
of discrepancies prior to submission assuring reimbursement
appropriate to the patient’s condition.
b. On-site OASIS C Complete Readiness
Training and Assessment Program: Our trained OASIS
Senior Consultants will provide a dynamic and engaging
four hour training for your staff on all of the
changes that will be occurring and what it means
to you and your agency. The On-site Readiness Program
also includes a readiness assessment of your processes
that you have in place to appropriately respond
to OASIS C requirements.
c. OASIS C Complete Readiness
Webinar: A 90 minute webinar that covers all of
the structural and format changes in the new OASIS
C document. This complete webinar is available to
all of your staff on an on-demand basis.
Level 2. OASIS C Complete Competency
Program.
This is an incredibly low cost/high impact training,
tracking, trending and competency assurance program.
For most agencies, for less than $800.00/year, you will
be able to train all of your staff in one office for
twelve consecutive months, track your case mix weight,
therapy visits, revenue gains/losses and key clinical
measures, compare yourself against national averages.
There is no service in the country that matches the
cost-effectiveness or quality impact, competency assurance
and completeness of this exciting new Fazzi OASIS C
Program.
Level 3. OASIS C Complete Evaluation
Program.
The Evaluation Program at Fazzi Associates is coming
in June 2009! We are excited about our abilities to
