1. How do I join a webinar?
Joining a Webinar on a PC or Mac® computer is easy.
Approximately one week prior to the webinar date you will
receive the webinar link and dial in instructions from
the webinar service provider, GoToWebinar. Note: It is
very important that you check your spam filters to ensure
receipt of this e-mail. At the webinar starting time,
click on the link provided in the confirmation email to
access the online portion of the webinar. Next, dial into
the webinar using the phone number provided. If you are
having troubles opening up the GoToWebinar system, you
may want to check with your IT department.

4. What happens if I lose
the link/handouts to the webinar?
Because the link you receive for the training is personalized
to you, unfortunately we cannot generate a new link. Fazzi
staff, however, will be able to assist you with retrieving
your link. It is especially important that you hold onto
the link/handouts when you receive them and do not delete
the message. It is also important that the person who
has access to the link/handouts be in the office on the
day or forward that information along to others so that
they may attend the training.

5. Do I have to log into
the webinar, or can I dial in only?
You need not log into the webinar to attend the training.
Participants can choose to dial in and follow the handouts.
You will still receive a webinar log in link, which can
be discarded.

6. When will I receive
the handouts?
We will e-mail all registered participants a copy of
the handouts 2 days prior to the webinar training date.
If you have not received the handouts by this time, it
is highly recommended that you look into your SPAM or
JUNK folder as filters may prevent the e-mail from reaching
you. You may also want to discuss having Fazzi registered
as a safe messenger with your IT provider.

11. How do I apply for
CEUs?
The simplest way to apply for CEUs is by completing
the online evaluation form e-mailed to you directly after
the training.
For those applying through mail, complete the sign in
sheet and a training evaluation form available in the
back of the webinar handouts. It is important that you
designate one person to be responsible for submitting
these forms. CEUs will be e-mailed to participants completing
the trainings within 3 months of the training end date.

12. How long after the
training has ended do I receive the recordings?
Video download recordings of the trainings are normally
distributed within 1 week of the training. Audio and video
CD recordings are mailed out within 1 month of the training
end date. For quicker distribution, it is always best
to select the video download recording option.

13. When I play my On
Demand! video CD, I can hear the sound but can’t
see the video. How do I get the video to play?
You are probably trying to play a file that uses a codec
that is not on your computer. A codec is software that
is used to compress or decompress a digital media file,
such as a song or video. If your player does not automatically
install the codec, you may need to install it manually.
To do this, follow the steps below:
- If you get a message that you're missing a codec
when you try to play a file, click the Web Help button
on the message.
- If you know the name of the codec you want to find,
you can go directly to WMPlugins.com
Codec.
- Follow the instructions on the page to download and
install the codec.
- If you are still unable to see the video after downloading
the proper codec, your system may not be compatible
with the video CD and you may need to order the training
as an On Demand! download.
