Care Roundtables
Fazzi’s Home Care Roundtables are unlike any other
program in the industry. They are membership groups
where you'll have the opportunity to share as much as
you take away. The format will center on dynamic, highly
interactive, monthly online discussions. These discussions
will focus on an array of critical home care issues
specific to your Roundtable group. Discussions will
include hot topic best practice issues, different views
by a panel of experienced professionals, updates in
the home care world, live on-air interviews, and of
course discussion and interaction with the membership.
Why are our Roundtables
different than other programs?
This is not just another watch and learn one time event.
This is a 12 month ongoing experience with highly engaging
monthly online sessions. Each discussion will incorporate
an interactive exchange that allows participants to
contribute as much as they take away… without making
it mandatory. Get access to colleagues from around the
country in a variety of different home care settings
while taking away – and contributing – practical tips
for success.

Roundtable
The Home Care Marketing Roundtable is for anyone who
has a passion for marketing and wants to help their
agency grow. Whether your title is Director/VP of Marketing
or Community Relations, Customer Service Manager or
CEO, this is a membership for you! Each monthly Roundtable
discussion focuses on a different topic related to home
care marketing, including:

- Intake
- Customer Service
- Branding
- Legal issues
- And many other topics to help your agency grow!
Session Details
The Home Care Marketing Roundtable online discussions
are held on the fourth Monday of every month* from 1:00-2:00pm
EST – we call these “Marketing Mondays.”
About
the Moderator
Eileen Freitag, MBA, is the Director of Strategic and
Marketing Consulting for Fazzi Associates and works
with home health agencies on a variety of marketing
and customer service projects, strategic planning, and
interim management. Eileen Freitag’s career spans
30 years in home health care, 22 of those at Visiting
Nurse Association of Boston.

Care Therapy Roundtable
Leading a team of therapists presents
its own unique set of challenges in home health. Managing
the ever present changes in the health care industry,
creating the vision for best practice and dealing with
day to day issues are just to name a few. There are
few places for therapy managers – therapists and
non-therapists alike – to come together to learn
and support each other…until now.

month* from 3:00-4:00pm EST – we call these “Therapy
Thursdays.”
About
the Moderator
Cindy Krafft PT, MS, COS-C is a nationally
known and respected therapist with over 14 years of
home health experience. She is the Assistant Director
of Operational Consulting – Therapy Services at
Fazzi Associates. She is also the current Vice President
of the Home Health Section of the APTA and the Chair
of the NAHC Therapy Advisory Panel.

1. What technology
is required?
The only technology that is required is a phone and
internet connection. We prefer that you not use a cell
phone if possible.
2. How do I participate?
All members will receive detailed instructions on how
to log into each session after they have registered.These
instructions will always be sent at least one week prior
to the monthyly session.
3. How long does
each membership last?
Both Home Care Roundtables are an annual subscription,
with each registration lasting 12 months. Membership
will automatically renew unless cancellation is received
prior to the renewal date. All members will receive
notification when their membership is about to expire.
4. Will I be able
to contact the other members directly?
While we encourage discussion between members during
the live online sessions, to protect member privacy
we will not distribute or sell personal information
about our members.
5. Can I choose
to be anonymous when participating?
Yes. Each subscribing member may choose to be assigned
a personal id code for logging into the session. We
will not give your name or agency to anyone and will
not require you to state your name and/or agency when
participating in the discussions.
6. What if I miss
a session?
All sessions will be recorded and posted to the Home
Care Marketing Roundtable secure web site for up to
90 days after the session has ended. So, while you won’t
be able to contribute to the session, you can still
take in what others, and the panel, had to say.
7. What is your
refund policy?
Unfortunately we cannot accept cancellations after
15 days of registration. We also cannot transfer membership
subscriptions due to security issues. We can change
your contact information (e-mail, phone) so that you
may still participate from another location.
8. We have multiple
people at our agency who want to subscribe, how does
this work?
Each membership includes access to one phone line.
That means each person that wants to participate in
the forum will need to subscribe individually. For information
